Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Officer at in Brussels. The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing top-quality customer care, and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction through effective communication.


  • Fluent in Dutch and French, fluency in English is a plus
  • Ability to use both our external and internal (CRM etc) IT tools
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills
  • Proven Customer Support and Customer Service experience
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus
