Taxshelter.be is an independent company known for its ethics and transparency. We are one of the major players in the Tax Shelter financing of audiovisual productions and the performing arts.Â
Since 2004, Tax Shelter has been offering Belgian companies a financial instrument for tax optimisation under the Tax Shelter legislation.
The funds raised are used for the production of films and scenic work in Belgium by well-known or promising French- and Dutch-speaking producers, as Taxshelter.be aims to provide structural and global support to the audiovisual sector.
Since its creation, Tax Shelter has been able to finance more than 1,000 works, raise over €170 million and work with more than 60 Belgian producers.
In January 2023, the law was extended to gaming and Taxshelter.be also offers a solution for this sector.
Taxshelter.be has been certified as an intermediary company by the FPS Finance and our prospectus has been approved by the FSMA (Financial Services and Markets Authority). *Â
